Agile Dojo—May 2022
The Agile Dojo: Your home to learn and practice Agile!
Looking for a good time? Join the Agile Dojo!
The Agile Dojo is a safe place to learn and practice your Agile skills.
Let’s play an Agile Game together. What’s an agile game? An agile game is a playful activity that either teaches you something about agile or helps you get real work done.
Each month, we’ll learn and practice a new activity. You’ll learn something new about Agile, learn how to facilitate an activity, and learn a new way to get your real work done.
Our backlog of activities:
- At our May dojo, we’ll learn and practice Troika Consulting with special guest Nigel Steane. Troika Consulting is a liberating structure that facilitates getting practical and imaginative help from colleagues immediately. “Peer-to-peer coaching helps with discovering everyday solutions, revealing patterns, and refining prototypes. This is a simple and effective way to extend coaching support for individuals beyond formal reporting relationships.” By the end of this dojo, you’ll be able to use troika consulting to help your teams be great.
- Past sessions have included Build Your Own Scrum: Online, Agile Point Game, Product Inception Canvas, Team Transformation Canvas, and more. We’ll begin 2022 with a Futurespective and continue with a backlog of awesome fun activities. (Looking for awesome fun activities for your team? Here are more than 15 activities to use with your amazing team.)
